You juggle many responsibilities at home or at work or perhaps you are retired. You want to live your life to your full potential and are very curious about the connection between body and mind. You know that taking care of your body also means paying attention to your mind and behavioral patterns.

You’re interested in becoming or staying healthy in body, mind and spirit. You are not afraid of actively participating in your own journey towards healing and health.

I can help you by:

  • Listening to you
  • Sharing exercises with you to strengthen, stretch and relax your body and mind
  • Offering you support and creating a safe space for you to explore and trust your own body intelligence
  • Never judging you

I’m here to guide you in your own learning about what health through movement means to you, for you with your unique needs and lifestyle.

Typical Private Sessions

During a typical private session, we will use somatic movement exercises and movement explorations, supported yoga poses and non-supported yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, plus guided relaxation, to help you meet your needs and particular goals.

Yoga sessions are either 60-minute long, long enough to properly warm-up the body, energize you, while allowing for some relaxation at the end, or 90-minute long for a luxurious experience and an in-depth practice without ever rushing.

I teach private sessions in the comfort of your own home.

I live in south Etobicoke but I offer my services beyond Etobicoke, in Toronto and across the GTA (including Mississauga).

Cancellation Policy

Private yoga sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice. When cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show, the session will need to be paid in full.
